Meet the team

Kate Mulcahy

Kate Mulcahy is the founder of Change Unlimited. Previously the UK L&D Manager for HP, her fast, pragmatic and results-driven approach to leadership development are what set the tone around here.

Kate is skilled at creating programmes in which people can really stretch themselves. Her honest and direct personal observations and feedback offer a clarity of focus that enable people to take clear, informed actions. She always brings a sense of humour and lightness of touch which reflect her philosophy that people perform best in a positive environment.

A highly skilled facilitator and coach, Kate is actively involved in the design and delivery of many client projects. In addition to a first class business degree and MSc in Organisation Behaviour from Birkbeck, Kate’s professional qualifications include a practitioner diploma from the Academy of Executive Coaching, certification in Brain Based Coaching with the NeuroLeadership Institute and accreditations in MBTI Step I and II, Firo-B, SDI, and Emotional Intelligence. She is an ICF Associate Certified Coach (ACC) and actively working towards PCC status.

Katie Hogg

Katie is an ICF Professional Certified Coach (PCC), with extensive experience of coaching and facilitating at a senior level in market leading, global organisations. Having lived and worked in South America, now married to a Dane and with more than 15 years’ experience of coaching in international business environments, Katie is particularly skilled at working with multi-cultural groups.

She is a certified NLP Trainer and member of the International Coach Federation. In addition to completing an MSc in People and Organisational Development at Roffey Park Institute, she has trained in multiple coaching methodologies which enables her to precisely tailor her approach to the needs of each individual client.

She brings depth of knowledge and breadth of experience as well as passion and energy to everything she does.

Gareth English

Gareth is a business psychologist with more than 15 years’ experience consulting on a range of organisational requirements, including organisational development, top team development and coaching, conflict management, executive and large scale selection, customer experience management and leadership assessment.  He has extensive experience working within global organisations and industries, including financial services, motor manufacturers, high-tech start-ups, telecommunications, pharmaceuticals, public sector and professional services.

Gareth is an occasional guest lecturer in Consumer Psychology and has appeared on TV in several consumer programmes.  He is the author of ‘The Power of Personality’.

He has a BSc in Psychology, a postgraduate diploma in Applied Psychology, MSc in Organisational Psychology and is a Chartered Occupational Psychologist.

Siobhain Whitty

Siobhain has been working as a professional coach since 2015 and is ICF and ILM certified / MCIPD.

Siobhain holds an MSc in Human Resource Management from Birkbeck College, University of London

Siobhain spent the majority of her corporate career in demanding, commercial environments in multi-cultural, complex organisations going through growth and change. She held senior roles in international HR Operations in the global oil and gas sector for organisations including BG Group and Maersk Oil. She has lived and worked in the UK, Philippines, Kazakhstan and Qatar.

Her coaching work typically includes working with individuals who are transitioning from technical specialist roles and want to develop people management and leadership ability, leaders who are grappling with the challenges of working in a new location and/or role including international assignments, and leaders who are at a crossroads in their careers, facing important decisions or changes and need support with exploring what step to take next.

Sian Perham

Sian is a skilled facilitator and coach with a 15 years’ experience in HR for multinational corporates.

Sian has done extensive work in developing leaders within these organisations designing and delivering leadership development programmes and coaching leaders to fulfil their potential.

Sian’s style is naturally collaborative, open and honest. Passionate about working with managers to build high performing teams.

Sian has a post graduate Diploma in HR Management. She is a Chartered member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development (CIPD) and a level B qualified psychometric testing practitioner accredited in MBTI step I and II,16PF, Hogan HPI and HDS. Sian is also a qualified Coach recognised by Institute of Leadership & Management.

Gina Ray

A charismatic and enthusiastic occupational psychologist, Gina is also a skilled linguist with Italian as her second language.

Gina is particularly skilled at developing leaders. Her approach is warm, engaging and challenging. She has run many leadership development programmes and assessment centres and is a highly experienced coach.  Based in the US, Gina leads many of our global programmes.

Gina has a BSc in psychology, an MSc in Occupational and Organisational Psychology, is an NLP practitioner, and is fully accredited in a wide range of psychometric tools. She is an accredited Work Performance Coach and affiliated to the Association of Coaching.

Rachael Lewis

Rachael specialises in building strong leaders and leadership teams and is a sought after Executive Coach.  She is expert at providing relevant insights from psychometric tools that help people to build their leadership style.

She has expertise in working with Executive Boards and leadership teams to enhance their team performance.  She has held several board level positions and is currently a Trustee at the End of Life Partnership.

She is a fully chartered and registered psychologist (HCPC) and Associate Fellow of the British Psychological Society (BPS).  She is also a founder member of the Association for Business Psychology (ABP).  In October 2016 she was announced as a finalist (and finished as runner up) for the Excellence in Coaching/Training Award by the ABP, and in January 2017 was a finalist for the BPS Division of Occupational award for Practitioner of The Year.   She has worked with a variety of public and private sector clients.

Natasha Graham

Natasha is a Chartered Business Psychologist and qualified Executive Coach with over 17 years’ experience and expertise in managing, designing and facilitating leadership assessment and development interventions.  She has a track record in assessing and developing leaders and teams using executive coaching, psychometric testing, and training interventions.

Her personal approach combines a highly perceptive interpersonal style, rigorous ethical standards and strong facilitation skills.  She is qualified in and actively uses many leading psychometrics on the market including MBTI®, 16PF5, FIRO-B, CPI, Hogan HPI and HDS, TKI, IPI, Strong Interest Inventory, and is both Level A and B qualified.

Natasha has a BSc degree in Psychology from the University of York and an MSc in Occupational Psychology from the University of Nottingham.  She is a Chartered Member of the British Psychological Society and a qualified Executive Coach. Natasha has also trained in Psychosynthesis Counselling to compliment her coaching background.

Jane Brodrick

As a PA, Jane Brodrick has many years’ experience in assisting in the successful running of fast-moving, thriving businesses.

Highly organised and efficient, Jane ensures that logistically everything runs smoothly behind the Change Unlimited scenes and is the central administrative point of contact for all client projects.
