‘Women in Leadership’

As part of its objective of achieving a better gender balance at senior levels in the organisation, our client asked us to partner with them to design and lead a development programme exclusively for high potential women, many of whom were geographically dispersed across the organisation.
We designed a 6 month programme with a number of different elements; a large group residential workshop held at one of their key sites to provide networking opportunities and exposure to senior female role models; skills workshops to build confidence and capability in key areas; small local action learning sets to build greater peer collaboration and ongoing support network; individual coaching with our team of professional coaches.
Following this programme, a number of women were promoted to bigger and broader roles and the programme continues to play a central role in the organisation’s drive for greater diversity at senior levels.
