‘Leadership Essentials’

Our client is a global telco with more than 100,000 employees worldwide. After a period of rapid growth through acquisition, a leadership development programme was required to fully equip people managers with the skills and confidence to embed the company culture and desired leadership behaviours moving forward.
Our brief was to design a programme that could be rolled out world-wide as the organisation’s core leadership development offering for all people managers. And provide a fully scalable facilitation team to support the roll-out in all locations.
With only 2 weeks lead time from client brief to workshop pilot, we designed a 3-day workshop with complete look and feel of the client organisation. Our workshop design included a psychometric tool to build self-awareness, maximum practice of core performance management, coaching and feedback skills, and role-play with professional actors. This design ensured a balance of maintaining organisation-wide consistency with suitable personal stretch and challenge for each manager. Over time, the client has added online modular training to support key messages from the workshop to ensure a fully blended approach.
To date, we have delivered 150+ workshops in UK, Europe, US, Africa and Asia maintaining an excellent NPS score throughout. We’ve provided a TTT process for locations preferring to maintain responsibility for delivering the programme internally or via their local partners. 4 years on, and employee surveys show that people management capability has improved overall.
