Katherine Hogg is one of our lead coaches and facilitators. She has 13 years experience in all aspects of leadership and management development across a wide spectrum of industries.

She brings depth of knowledge and breadth of experience as well as passion and energy to everything she does.

She is a certified NLP Trainer and member of the International Coach Federation. She has recently been studying Organisational Development at the Roffey Park Institute and is part way through her MSc in People and Organisational Development.
