Ellen Fletcher

An experienced occupational psychologist with a full range of psychometric accreditation, Ellen Fletcher is also a Master Practitioner in NLP and is currently completing an MBA.

Particular areas of expertise include leadership coaching and development, and training design and delivery. Ellen leads many of our management development programmes.

With a wealth of experience as an interviewer and assessor, she prides herself on her ability to design effective assessment processes and has contributed to the BPS Steering Committee on assessment centre standards. She has been published in the industry press on a number of occasions.
