Ed Griffin is an experienced international Organisation Development consultant and coach. His experience working in Finance, Organisational Development & HR roles gives him a unique perspective that combines performance & human factors.

Ed is involved in research and writing in the field of leadership and Strategic HR, with several articles already published in HR Director, People Management, Strategic HR Review and Training Journal.

Ed leads a number of our development programmes in areas including business partnering, consultancy skills, facilitation skills and change management.
